Ordered boots, they charged my credit card but never sent the boots, and there is no tracking number for the boots, but there is an order numbe

I ordered ugg boots from this site and the transaction listed on 12/14. My credit card was charged, but no boots were ever received. I tried to contact them through there e-mail address, but windows states that it does not exist. I lost 112.00 dollars through a google safe site. There is an order number, but no tracking number. I am so disgusted, because I only use google safe internet sites, how did this one make it on and how did this happen?!
