I ordered ugg boots from this sight. The sight stated that it was in the usa and the telephone number was in CA. Nowhere on the sight did it mention that the company was in China or that it was fake ugg boots they were selling. I got the boots yesterday a month, after I had ordered them, and of course they were fakes. They smell foul and cause a headche if you get within 5 ft of them from the spray paint, that must have been used on them. The inside of the boots that should be in the bottom were outside the boots. I have called the company repeatedly, but they don't answer their phone. At first I sent email and made phone calls wondering where the boots were, and I got no answer. Then I sent emails to cancel my order. I contacted pay pal, since I paid through them, when the boots didn't arrive for Christmas and they got them to answer that the boots were on their way. I responded to their emails by cancelling my order. The company sent an emails that said the boots were on their way and ignored any complaints or my notice of cancellation. That I sent in my emails. The return address is in China, so it is difficult to return them, but I am trying to do that. The boots cost $129 in US currency. Pay pal said they would file a strike against the company. But consider the matter closed since I got the product and they do not guarantee that any product or website is accurately represented.
