I was with Cirro Energy since I have been on budget billing my payment was 239.00 per month. Acouple of months ago a lady from Green Mountain Energy came by and I spoke with her about changing Energy companies. I called Cirro energy and asked when my contract was to expire and the agent said it will expire this month which was November and did I want to renew it I said not at this time. I would wait and check other companies rates. I received my bill for November, it was $239.00 and I paid it but then I got an e-mail saying I owed $313.00 and it was due now. I calle and made arrangements to pay it on December 3. Then I called Green Moutain Energy and switched to them. I then learned I was being charged by Oncor an Electric Delivery Charge which went up or down each month along with a Transmission/Distribution Charge and they would not tell me what those charges were for but it was half my bill. Green Mountain only charges $2.15 for Oncor delivery charge. I have copies of every bill!
