I get a bill from stream energy every month, which i expect. I have noticed that oncor charges me one price and stream energy triples the cost to me. I spoke with thier complaint office and they said "we just started posting oncors rates on our bills". Why is it that a provider can charge three times or what ever they what to for a set price from the origninal oncor energy.
