I requested two tickets for my dads birthday, and was delivered the incorrect seats. I double-checked my bill and my banking account to ensure I had beennot mistaken. I was not. After I named there is no solution, and that I quit a note and delivered a contact. I delivered a contact detailing my scenario and got an answer two nights later trying to persuade me I obtained the right seats. I extended to describe myself and was merely informed there is no-chance they were incorrect. I never obtained a reimbursement or even the proper seats. I paid $160 for that seats themselves and much more than $50 more operating costs and delivery costs. The seats I obtained were $40 seats as well as in the rear of the 2nd porch. Ticketnetwork is more worried about "being correct" than ensuring their clients obtain the seats they settled for. Don't actually make use of this website, you'll be robbed out-of cash with no one can help you.
