Bought 4 seats to some Trip show which was rescheduled. We were not able to go to on rescheduled day, quit many telephone communications and delivered many emails wondering just how to utilize our seats for another show or get a reimbursement and not got an answer. First and last time client, returning to trustworthy vendor, back again to TicketMaster!
