I unfortunetly have been a victim of cca credit card services. I went as far as complying with my info. I then found your website I called cca & cancelled within 3 days & I called my bank BOFA the customer serviced girl advised & convinced me not to close my account I explained all to her & she said we can help you another way w/o the hassle of closing the acct. Just call every monrning b4 11:00am & if the debit is there we can reverse it. Well just today the money was debited $199.00 7 the bank refuses to reverse & or credit me. They have no notes on the previous telecon I had with the rep. I went to the bank with your print outs in hand & she refused to cooperate she wouldn't even document the conversation she said I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE & FILE A COMPLAINT. Please help & advise me what to do. She said if I closed my acct now if & when they did want to credit me they would not be able to with a closed acct. The persons name I spoke with at the branch was Barbara Lawson New accts personel manager (thats as far as I got)
