I have been banking with Bank of America for over ten years, I am currently living overseas and had fradulent charges done on my acct. I contacted the bank iformed them of what happened gave them the name of the company where the charges came from and how much money was charged to our acct.
The bank put the money back into my acct. On July 19th on July 31st they removed money claiming that we did not fill out a form and send it back to them I contacted the bank and told them that I have not received any form and that as soon as I did I would send it back as of today I still have no form I've been in contact with the bank for about three weeks almost every day asking for them to fax the form to me they say they did but have not received a fax either.
I canceled my card when the charges where done and I still do not have a new card which they also say they sent. I have tried to get this problem solved with the bank and they continue to tell me false information and continue to refuse to put the money back into my acct. I feel that I am being taken advantage of by Bank of America and that they are not handling my complaint with the least bit of proffesionalizem.
I don't know what eles to do so I'm hoping you can help me. Thank you
