All Around Pools owned by Mike (never gave us his last name) ripped us off for $700.00. He showed up on the day he called us to give us an estimate to replace our above ground pool liner and promised that he would be installing the liner in two days on a Saturday. Mike said he needed half of the price of the total install of $1,400.00 to purchase the liner and foam and secure the deal. We gave him $700.00 and he gave us a receipt/invoice.
