Hi: I hired this "gentleman" to measure and install a new pool liner for our in ground pool. Our liner looked faded, we think its been in the pool for 15 years so it was time to change for something that will show more color. We paid him cash. Big mistake. He only accepts cash because he said he had several checks bounce and/or that people change their minds after he orders the liner, which is tailored made for each pool and cant be used in another pool. He has to pay upfront for the liner
After he measures it and send in to have it made. All what he said made sense to me and as long as he did sign receipt I was ok with that. I had his DL license number and a receipt for the first 50%. His KY license number B01-230-833 He also said he would give me a receipt the last day with a 2 year installation warranty and whatever the liner company offered on the liner, which he didnt leave at my house when hefinished the job and left.
