I had aquarius pools ou tin a new liner for us on 6/08. The pool liner broke apart at the seam causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. The liner was supposed to be under warrant. I contacted aquarius pools who said contact your insurance co. All state ins co came out and sent a man out who only deals with pools. He felt it was a defective liner and said it should go back to the co. For them to deal with as we did nothing negligent to cause this. Meanwhile i have neighbors who are very upset for damage to their properties plus my own damage to driveway, landscaping, fill dirt etc. The pool co said they gave aquarius a new liner. Gene denied this and has charged me 2,500 for the liner, repair work and installation. And i got a 600.00 bill for water. Both the insurance co and the pool man who inspected the damage feel it is the problem of the pool co. He promised to work with us and has done nothing but bill us. I have spent several thousands dollare in this store on chemicals, pool parts. Toys. And even bought a 7,000 dollar hot tub from him 4 years ago. My sister also deals with this co. I feel i was taken advantage of and if get no help will go to the attorney general. Please help and advise.
