On 4-26-10 I found myself locked out of my vehicle and searched on my Iphone for a lock out service in my area, so that I would not have to wait too long because it was hot outside. The service I picked showed on my I phone that came up Hickory Ridge Dr. Shenandoah Texas. I thought this was a local business and I called. I told them where I was and asked them how much and how long would it be and really could not get straight answers. Ill be there they said and hung up! My phone was going out and I had a miagraine headache.
The driver could not find me and kept calling me and asking for my address, and I thought I was calling someone in a local area, come to find out he was comming from South Houston area??? After telling this person about twenty times where I was he finally found me and I asked again how much and he said dont worry, opened my car and charged me $160. He gave me a unprofessional receipt without a company name on the front, filled out my name and misspelled it, and hurried off.
I called the phone number I originally called before and spoke to owner, he was very rough talking, I was asking him questions as What is the name of your business, he told me Express Locksmith, Another person when I called later said it was Open locksmith. I was told that the reason why I was charged that amount is because they used a special tool, not a slim jim...? Figure that one out
