Called them up to open locked car. They used local Seattle number and local name. Asked for quote and was told that it would be $39 for service plus possible $19 fee. When I asked for full amount for this particular car, they started becoming very evasive. Five minutes later I got a call from a number that was restricted for caller id. Gentleman said he would be there in five minutes and it would cost $39. When he arrived in unmarked car I asked for business card or any kind of identification. He got very shifty and tried to make me feel awkward for even asking. Yeah, nice try buddy. All he could supply me with was his driver's license. Then he told me it would be $149. The situation was very urgent, there was no way I could wait for another locksmith, so I had to agree. That was when I realized he was part of the ongoing locksmith scam in this city and I was going to be the latest victim. When I asked for a receipt with company contact information, he could not supply it. Told me his company would supply an electronic copy of a receipt a few hours later, delivered to my e-mail address. Nothing showed up a day later, so I called them. They got very rude with me and just hung up when I asked for the receipt. Said they were too busy.

The estimate they supplied over the phone tripled, they sent someone who could not supply company contact information other than the phone number off of the website, technician was shifty and deceitful, company refuses to send me receipt.
