They stole $139.95 out of my bank account

I paid for a home based business cd to come in the mail for $2.97. Then all of a sudden i see a charge on my debit card for $139.95. I called and ICM said that i was past the 3 day period well hell i never got hte cd let alone did i know thtere was a trial period. I paid for a cd not a membership to their business.
