I ordered barbell earrings on February 8 (each end of the barbell should lock into each other and the ends did not lock) when I received the earrings the product was defective and useless. I went on the website and found the option for return with a print out of RA#. I sent the entire order back with the print out of the RA# paper and it was received on 3/08 signed by Hall at 11:03 am. My RA#108550-308, was shipped back by UPS and delivered to Pegasus USA 9431 Westport Road #335 Louisville, KY 402441. When I contacted the company via email on 3-19-10 to check on the status of the refund, I got a response 3-21 asking if I sent the entire order back. I responded back on 3-25 saying that I did send the entire order back and i have not heard back from them ever since. I have emailed them five time since and I feel like I have been ripped off. The order was a total of $67.91 and I took all the proper steps to return for a refund. I know it can take weeks for a refund to reflect in a an account, but it seems as if they are neglecting to answer my emails to avoid refunding me.
