Missing parts

I purchased the CAP Barbell Olympic Bench w/Squat Rack FM-7105, when it arrived I opened it to find it was missing 2 important parts. I called CAP Barbell and emailed them but have not received any replies. I wonder if the company actually has a customer service department.
