In early June I ordered several pairs of earrings from. My credit card was charged but as of late July I still had not recieved the merchanise (total about $34.00). I emailed a "Michelle" at the company who said my earrings were on backorder.in October, still no merchandise and emailed "Michelle" again. She said she was sick and out of the office for a while but now was back at work and would send me my merchandise.
December still no merchandise and no refund. My credit card was charged in June when I placed the original order, still as of today I have no refund and no merchandise.
