On December I ordered 4 cartons of cigarettes and payed by electronic check. I called a week later and got no reply the check had been cashed and no product received. Went to web site and seen notice that they were shut down and to send a letter stateing what order number and info for a refund. I have done this 3 times have copies of the letters sent and have not recieved a refund or product yet. Need the refund.
