I have ordered from this company several times with no problem over the last year. Placed an order on Dec. 7th which went through. E check was cashed but no response with shipping tracking number as usual. NO contact from emails I have sent. Website does not appear to be working now and phone number is disconnected.

Cigarettes direct I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes, nothing has shipped. I got an e-mail confirming my order but not shipping confirmation. My credit card was debited $106.23

We ordered cigarettes from this co. On dec 6th. They took the money from our checking account on dec 8th but we never recieved our order. Basically we have been ripped off for $101.58. It sucks big time
