A good cigarette.com Placed Order. Never shipped... Check cashed, Internet

Placed order 12/02/09... Check cashed and cleared.
Received email a few days later that product was not in stock.
Never received order.
Web site is down.
800 number is not working.
I have done business with this business in the past without problems, however, there is definately a problem now.
I have seen another complaint for the same time period here.
