Took money and did not get cigarettes ordered

I ordered cigarettes from agoodcigarette.com on Saturday, Dec. 5 and received confirmation that my ordered was shipped on Wed. Dec. 9 but USPS is not able to track what happened to the package and even if it was shipped... They tell me it is a "Click & Ship" tracking number. My checking account has been debited for the 2 cartons that I ordered, but as of today, Dec. 15, I do not have my order. I have ordered from this company before and have had no problem receiving my order within 5 days.
