I placed my order on December 3 as usual via phone, my e-check was cashed December 7th to the tune of 644.38 (several friends and I order together, but the money
comes out of my pocket until it arrives—then I spend days trying to get it from my friends). I too have called and written to no avail. I have ordered from them since last year and over the course of the last few months their service was getting slower, but I never dreamed they would do this. What a Merry Christmas it will be for my family as I am solely stuck with the bill!!!
