I'll not contact Sears again to look at something. I believe that they're possibly managing a fraud or don't have any support technicians that understand what they're doing. They published a solution for nearly a $700.00 fix cost informing me my television was not worth fixing. I "offered" it to some television repair spot to utilize for components once they in switched fixed it for me personally for around 1/2 the purchase price Sears stated it'd charge.
