We purchased a 42" PLASMA - TV from SEARS for the youngsters' room On January 31 it survived only a little over per month, it simply quit functioning! I attempted to consider it back again to the shop where I had been informed that I'd need to spend A - 15% restocking charge
(on the broken Television). Sears subsequently explained to truly have a technology view it since if it might not be set then I'd obtain a new Television! It got over per month to obtain my components and also have it maintained. They maintained my Television on 4/12/07 you know what? It doesn't function it requires a brand new panel.
I called Sears back plus they explained they wouldn't substitute the television that they might do is simply support it! And so I questioned them imagine if it can't be mounted think about the cash I invested for this, they essentially stated that it was my damage. So here I'm caught having a piece of crap sitting in my own family room, I'm so angry and frustrated and may stop myself for buying the stupid Television.
I named Phillips on 4/13/07 and requested them a couple of questions about my issue all I acquired was nicely we've to determine if your support technology from Phillips may contact it after Sears technology handled it. Am I going to get my money-back or get a new Television i requested? The clear answer was NO!
Please be cautious where spent your cash and till this very day I'll never purchase one more thing from SEARS!!! Personally I think and do trust me and my children were robbed of our great hard-working money. What's more frustrating is removing something special from your own kids and never understanding how to displace it or where the cash can come from to repair it!!
