I too am now concerned about the services I hired Estrela to do. My main concern is that the drop reports that I have recieved show numbers that my site tracking software does not confirm! I also use Google Analytical to track site visits and there is no way that the numbers Estrela is reporting to me could be correct.
I have no way to prove any email marketing was ever performed. All I have is zero results, tracking that does not match their reporting (not even close), and a bank account that is somewhat lighter.
Ive asked twice for an explanation in the number differences but have not heard anything. Im beginning to feel takin!!!
