We recently had a PM completed to the dryer and we're very dissapointed from the outcome. Lining on efficiency was dis - hotel and took up. Talk to support department and re-schedule and were informed it'd be totally free and protected under 90-day warranty. However we were cost and additional $142 $82 for parts. What actually ticks me down is once they were completed the 2nd period, my spouse went dryer for 5 minute and dryer go wrong and E1 mistake message. We wound up in a laundry mat to get a couple hours. Not really a great *&^%$#@! *result.
