I named the 1-800 number and planned a scheduled appointment for September 26th Sunday @ 3pm in the Sears Picture business at Fair Oaks Mall., VA. Then I obtain a phone in the shop asking me to reschedule because they can't support us as there's just one individual in the business. They stated the 1-800 customer support hasn't concept of the agendas in the shop. But I don’t obtain the period I'd like and so I needed to stop. Then I named the 1-800 number again which period I planned for September 26th @ 4pm in the Sears shop at Dulles Town Centre. Simply to double check/confirm my routine I contact the Sears Shop at Dulles Town Middle and quit a speech communication requesting them to contact me back again to verify. No body called us back. We visit the business @ 4:08pm and because we're 8 minute overdue and there is somebody planned for 4:30 had appeared before people we were refused support. I stated we shall delay before occasion who came before us are completed and we are able to pursue them-but actually then we were refused services. We'd a-5 month-old infant also it wouldn't be simple for another period and required to support us following the different celebration was completed however it was useless. We were informed mine was a-1 hour program and they shut at 5pm. When they shut at 5pm how did they actually plan somebody at4:30 for another 1 time program? Overall, it had been an extremely extremely frustrating and poor knowledge. It had been really unprofessional of the broker in the shop. I'll never again store at Sears.
