Scheduled svc for 2/6 8:00-12:00. Was informed that I'd obtain a phone after 8:00 am. Supplied my cell and house telephone #s.
2/6 Appt Number 1
Obtained a msg at 7:45 am in the technology, whilst in the bath. No-call back amount.instantly named Svc 800-469-4663.informed them I'd be out until 8:30 getting the children to college, therefore to truly have the technology contact my cell. Nevertheless, he arrived at 8:20 and named my house telephone he was there. Got residence at 8:30, named Svc again, who stated they'd possess the technology return. Nothing. Named 5-6 times every time being informed the technology might contact t/in 30 mins. Lastly, at 1: thirty I rescheduled for next day 8:00-12:00.
2/7 Appt #2 & #3
After 9:00 am named Svc who stated that my support WAS NOT WITHIN THE SYSTEM! Needed to reschedule for 8:00-5:00. Was informed the technology might call sometime to verify.
Named Sears 800-549-4505 to protest. Although taking a look at my record, stated that OUR 8:00-5:00 SUPPORT HAVE BEEN REJECTED! Humorous, nobody named to inform me. Stated that I'd to reschedule, and so I requested for that (MA) Area Svc Mgr. After 10 mins got several 978-777-4724.
Appt # 4
I named and was informed the Svc Mgr wasn't in and also to contact the 800-number. After insistence, a Rick Louder stated that my support was rescheduled for 2/8. I told him that 3 times removed from work was undesirable. He explained to routine support to get a Sunday, not patient what I'd experienced. I insisted on support nowadays, but he'd not devote or invest in a call-back for yes or no.
Therefore, today I'll allow it to be my objective to locate somebody large enough within the Sears business who really provides a subjects @$ about clients, so they realize why I'll never be one again. I'll also distribute the term to ensure that others do not have to endure through the Sears Support Headache.
