I've been returning and forth looking to get a reimbursement back on my charge card. The order quantity is *. I've talked having a supervisor in the Mesquite Texas shop called Jen who stated she'd contact me back and that I haven't seen from her. I've been returning and forth since 12/21 on receiving my reimbursement. All I've been acquiring may be the run-around. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Sears customer support and readiness to problem my reimbursement for product I've not obtained. At this time I'm exhausted and disappointed since I'm getting terrible support.
Approached 1 800-4-myhome to-order service on my Kenmore dishwasher that I bought at Sears. (all my devices were bought at Sears). I had been provided a period for that following day for support between your hours of 8am to 5pm. I had been also informed I'd get a phone and mail confirming my visit.
Therefore, I became popular function 24 hours later to hold back about the technician.By 11am I'd not obtained a phone or mail and so I contact the 1-800 number again. I had been subsequently informed the support was planned for NEXT Friday!!! Not today! I'm really annoyed since I became popular work with this visit and CaN't remove again using the chance the technician won't display again!!! I had been adequate to provide a large number of bucks to Sears for my devices although not adequate to keep in touch with an individual or get support for my equipment! I'll be calling the BBB for the bad costumer support and never standing behind your items! I'll never purchase one more thing from Sears, much-less the extensive guarantees bought!
