Named the 800-number to get a component. They delivered me to some shop in Albany NY, 40 kilometers from my house. The shop was no further running a business. Named back and was guaranteed a $25 gift-card for my difficulty. Never received it, cannot actually obtain the fools at Sears to acknowledge this actually occurred. Never use sears for-anything, they're fools!!!
