Trying to return item! What a mess

Created buy on Sears.com on Nov 21. Paid $200, Mon November 22 noticed them for sale for $112.00. Attempted to stop 1st purchase but stated I had a need to allow the procedure occur given that they could not end it. Once obtain it try a Sears shop to obtain full refund. Spoke to 2 additional customer support to verify might try shop that they established. I visited Sears shop, City Center Phoenix AZ. Supervisor Don was unpleasant, stated I have to browse the fine-print claims "you have to return by email" He couldn't and wouldn't support me. "Move property and follow the actions". Awful! Held calling Sears.com customer support, humorous how each one of these provides you with another solution. Lastly after 6 calls, sent and got an answer from Sarah S. "Why would you like to come back", nicely today when they might browse the background of my calls they'd understand why. Responded to describe the problem AGAIN. Obtained a contact from Mervin E who stated "please go back to the closest Sears shop for full return". Lol, can you think it. The run-around proceeds and that I will-call every single day, perhaps twice a day and record all of the tales. Will likely wind up calling an area Television section together with his "tale" and allow them set Sears within their location for terrible support.
