I recently bought some stuff on Amazon and the experience was pretty good. I did not need to return anything but what i wanted to mention is that the Amazon customer service was good but the site experience could be a bit more modern.
If anyone at Amazon reads this i think you should put more resources against making a better Amazon site.
Please let me knwo if this is something you are planning on doing.
