A DVD I ordered through Amazon.com—advertised as new—was delivered scratched and chipped. I have no way of knowing how or where to return the DVD, and no way to have my purchase price returned. I have emailed Amazon several times, with no response. This is my first experience with Amazon.com. I will be extremely reluctant to ever purchase anything from them again.
