Beware of seller on Amazon that does not allow you to purchase electronic items through the amazon shopping cart. If you purchase item outside of amazon site there is no security.
Seller asks you send him money through escrow account. Sends official looking order number and email from what appears to be amazon email.
Contacted Amazon to let them know of the scam and they said they would research the seller. The seller was taken off that I was scammed by but he reposted as a new seller under new name.
Contacted Amazon to let them know this seller is back just under a new name. Amazon response was they would investigate it.
Went back on Amazon 48 hours after contacting Amazon regarding the seller to find Amazon has not removed the seller and they are still open selling the same items.
Amazon doesn't screen an of their sellers. Do not buy anything off Amazon site if you can't purchase in the Amazon cart. Really too bad Amazon does not react to this quicker and with severe consequences
