I went online one time to look at account, and that must have signed me up for ebilling. I never would have authorized this.
3. Never received my ebills past 2 months. Received a phone call telling me I was late paying a small balance, Kohl's sent to credit agency. Furious, I have never been late on any bill my entire 46 years up to this date ever. If I would have received a bill I would have paid it. I am having No financial troubles, and have plenty of money to pay less than 100.00 balance.
