Amazon.com, Amazon Prime Amazon Prime promises 2-day shipping, BUT DOESNT KEEP THAT AGREEMENT!

Amazon Prime promises 2-day delivery. However, they do not always keep that agreement. Yesterday I ordered something using Amazon Prime that I needed soon for my son's broken leg. Today Amazon shipped it but Amazon says it will be delivered in 3 business days, not 2-days. They did not keep their agreement regarding 2-day shipping.
