I viewed the website, ohhh the beautiful bouquets, and the price! You couldn't beat it. So, I e-mailed them, because I could not reach them by phone. I wanted a custom bouquet package, as they advertise. I needed more than the four brides' maids bouquets and custom colors. I wanted to know the difference in price. I had no problem paying individual bouquet prices, they were still reasonable! I WAS so excited.
Just as most complaints! I never received an answer, so I sent my order with explicit instructions, and a contact number, advising it was imperative they contact me, before they could ever start. After several e-mails, several no answered phone calls, I sent an e-mail advising, if I did not hear from them, please cancel my order and refund my money. No response. I then sent an e-mail advising them I would file a dispute with pay pal unless I heard from them within three days.
No answer... I filed a complaint and low and behold, my money was refunded, with no response. Fortunately, I paid with paypal, I took action immediately, because with pay pal, if you wait too long, you can not file a complaint. I am getting married in May, I don't have time to play games with a bogus website or irresponsible business.
After I sent in my order I googled I do Bouquets, they have more complaints then the IRS! I never thought anything about sending an order ion-line, before talking with someone, most of my business is done on the internet, but they taught me a lesson, I will make sure some one is on the other side before making an order.
