When I first came across I Do Bouquets, I thought the site looked legit and I had a few questions that weren't covered on the site so I decied to send them an e-mail. A week goes by and I keep looking at the site ready to order my flowers and decided, without a reply, to jump right in and order them. I can honestly say that this was the worst time for a pre-mature purchase.

I purchased the flowers with the full knowlege of the time it would take to recieve the order, and was excited when I recieved the e-mail confermation. A couple of days after the order I noticed that the payment hadn't gone through or had even been ran, and called tp check up on everything. There was no answer and no answering machine. I thought this was a little odd but played if off on "maybe different working hours", "maybe their really busy" and didn't think anything of it.

Then three weeks after I placed my order I start to get a little suspicious. Normally for me orders come in either at the earliest or middle of the time frame said, so I was curious what was taking so long and decided to again try and give them a call. Again no one answered the phone, and as to wait again for a machine and got nothing. At this point I'm finding it even more suspicious but I understand that the website said 2-4 weeks on shipping so I was going to wait the full extent.

On the fourth week I was away on a cruise with my family and was not able to check on the order or any updates, the second I got back of course I checked to see if they came in. And as you can see with this report, they did not. I waited yet another week and tried calling a couple of more times and recieved no response and decided at this point to try and contact them through email:

Hello,
My name is % and I ordered flowers from you on May 22. My order number is: % as far as I can understand from the e-mail I recieved from yahoo. I ordered the navy rose bridal bouquet wedding package, silk rose petals (navy and ivory) and a bundle of cream and navy roses. It has been five and a half weeks and I haven't received them or any further information on my order. I have also tried to call the number on the website and in the several occasions I've tried to call there has been no response and no voicemail hooked up for me to leave a message. I'm not in any real rush to recieve my order other than pure excitement but would like a round about time when I should expect for them to arrive. Please e-mail me back with any information. I thank you for your time and look forward to a response back from you.

As you can tell I was very understanding and just wanted to know information and yet I was given nothing. I did not recieve a response and tried again to call, no luck. At that point I decided to look up the number and address on the internet where I was brought across this site: http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Flowers. For. Less. 334-863-7800 with several other brides or mothers of the bride who were having my exact same problem.

At this point I know I've been RIPPED OFF! And proceed to call my credit card account holder to have them stop all transactions. They've already charged and have recieved the money I was to pay them and to this day (six and a half weeks later) I still have not recieved any information or my package. I refuse to do business with them and have demanded a full refund of all moneys charged. My credit card company has told me that I will not be responsible for that charge while this business (if that's what you want to call it) is under investigation.

This company has not only hurt me, and stressed me out for my wedding, which should be the happiest time of my life, but has also brought down a lot of other brides and I know there are more that are being victim to this 'company' each and every day. I am on a mission to allow all brides to know my story and to have access to the way these people really do business. The last email I sent them said:

To whom it may concern:
My name is % and I am writing you to cancel my order. I have tried many times to contact you through e-mail and phone and have had no response. I placed my order on May 22 order number %, and it has been 6 and a half weeks and I have not heard from any one after my credit card has already been charged. This is unacceptable. I have come across many other complaints over the same issues that I have had. I refuse to pay for and worry about my order any longer. I do plan to report your company to the Better Business Bureau, fill out the Yahoo Survey, and find every web page detailing my experience with IDoBouquets.com. I expect that you will notify me as soon as possible that you will be refunding every penny you charged me and that I will not have to take this unprofessional situation further. I will not do any further business with you.
I trust this situation will be taken care of in a timely manner.

I beg all other brides and mothers of the brides, grandmothers, dads, stepdads, grandfathers, grooms... Anyone who has had a run in with this company to please come forward. There are so many complaints towards this company at the Better Business Bureau they are going to have to do something about it and soon.

Please beware of I Do Bouquets, they are nothing but a total scam and waste of your valuable time.
