I ordered my wedding bouquets and decorations from CSC in January 09. My wedding wasn't until August. I never receieved my flowers.
I sent over 20 emails trying to get my questions answered and see about the progress. However, they were rarely answered. I also tried to call several times. She did not call back and never answered.
I'm trying to get my money back and have sent several emails requesting it. I finally got a reply today and Susan said that I had canceled the order (not true) and that I could only get in store credit.
Answer me this... What use does anyone have of wedding bouquets a month after their wedding?
It would be different if it was a simple mix up. However, if you search online this has happened to so many brides.
No bride to be deserves the added stress of having to find flowers for their wedding last minute because they got ripped off by Susan and her company.
Please do not use this website for your wedding flowers. It is a scam. You are likely to never receive your flowers and never get your money back.
