I wanted to order two types of bouquets, and have them combined into one large order. I didn't ask for a discount, but really wanted the order to be impressive. I called their office ahead of time and asked how I could arrange for the two bouquets to made into one large order. "Stephanie" advised me to put these instructions in the Special Handling area of the order form and they'd look after it. Of course, they didn't. The order arrived as two small orders instead of the one large one I'd asked for. I contacted the company who basically said, Oops, guess we missed that. They was no offer of compensation for their error and frankly, they didn't seem to even value my business. I'm blooming mad, and will be sure to take my business elsewhere in the future. There's a ton of florists online, and I'm sure Blooms N Roses will soon realize that its much easier to retain a satisfied customers than to try to grow a new one.
