I was fooled like the previous person posting their complaint. I requesting the trial sample and received a full shipment within 4 days of requesting the trial sample. They withdrew the $ from my account and I had called them the day before and cancelled the trial sample and future shipments. They gave me a cancellation number and told me that they would email me information on how to return the item, yet I never received anything. Now, 3 weeks later, I notice that another withdrawal has been made on my acct. I have notified my bank to stop authorizing withdrawals on this item. What can I do to get them to take back their unopened products and credit my account?
