Today I shopped at Wal Mart Parkersburg WV. My purchase was just over $38. When I got home-Elizabeth WV - I found they had not put a ham-I was charged with - in the order. As it is 20 miles to the store -I called and was told yes my ham was at the checkout counter. I drove the 20 miles back to the store, and after some confusion I ended at customer service. They finally found the ham. I explained to the young lady that that their mistake had cost me over an hour and the expense of the 40 mile round trip. She laughed and said "things happen". Things won`t happen for me at Wal Mart.
