I am writing to you to complain about the store in general. I have shopped there for many years and to tell you the truth the store leaves me out of sorts. I go in there and your sales people are rude and never say hello when you go to the cashier. They over charge me on several ocasions and then I have to go to customer service and get a refund. I had an instance about a week ago. When I was out in the parking lot, I dropped my keys down the storm drain and then I proceeded back into your store. I went to customer service and asked them what they could do for me. I was told that I was ON MY OWN. They never even asked me if they could summon the police for me to help me out. I did, however, had the assistance of one of your employees, to use his brain and concocted a device out of a fly swatter handle and fished my keys out of the storm drain out in the parking lot. I was so very grateful that I did get some help from a kind human being and gave him a tip. I then thanked him for his help since I was in a bind and already late to pick up my son from work. That gentleman should be commended. I think that his name might have been Jordan. Your store never has the things that are on sale and if so very limited quantities. I am disappointed and would like to keep shopping there, since I am only around the corner and like I said I have shopped there ever since they opened the store way back when. Customer service isn't what it used to be. Things need to change and change fast. I am wondering what the next generation of sales people will be. I have worked retail for many a year and I was always told the customer is always right and should be courteous when you are out on the floor doing your job. Thank you for your time in this matter. Again K-Mart should be a nice place to shop.
