Never shipped - Barbie Swim Suit

I bought a $260 suit from then through Pay Pal. Pay Pal says they can't refund me... But they will "monitor their business"... Obviously, they aren't doing a great job, just Googling " Bestswimwear.com " comes up with hundreds of complaints!

$260 is a lot of money for NOTHING.
