Century 21 at the rockies
Broker and fake realtors manipulative company

My husband had just returned from iraq and we began looking for a home. We met a "realtor" at a home we were interested in visiting as we had ten or fifteen other homes. They asked me to sign an agreement and I said that I could not because I was working with several realtors in different areas and that I was signing per property. I gave all of the realtors a first one to find a house is the one who would win our business. This realtor found a home for us and we were very excited we signed an agreement for this particular property and put the address on the agreement. We did this with three other properties before we realized they were selling us homes who were also listed with their agency "his brother and mother" and were all crap homes. The realtor did not have his own car and kept complaining about how he needed the money from our sale, it was a huge turn off. And they were obviously trying to double dip. We kept explaining we could not sign exclusive with them because of the other realtors helping us. One day we were in such a hurry out of their office and we were sending an offer and they put the agreement in the stack and wrote it to be exclusive and my husband signed it as we had signed all the others trusting that they understood. I reminded them to write the address on this particular one. She joked with me and assured me that it was done. It was not. (they put the contract name under her son because the brother helping us is NOT a realtor. We did not know this.) and had never spoken to our REALTOR whom with we had the contract. ALL sooo shady... And the mom wrote our contract not either brother!

The home had many inspection problems and other issues with the appraisal that made this home too expensive after all the remodling it needed. We began looking again after we cancelled the contract. We met a woman named petra wineager who was persistant and hard working, honest, and very clear with us. She showed us one home and we knew it was the one. We signed a per property agreement with this realtor and sent our offer it was accepted and we moved forward.

The other fake realtor who was not licensed threw a fit when he found out we had found a home. He started complaining about gas money and his time. I offered to compensate him for his gas and time and he refused. He forged the signature on our contract for his brother and then called his broker and his broker wanted to sue our new realtor and us for not buying with them. Understandably we should have been ruder about making sure they had in fact written on the contract that it was per the last property only. But I trusted these people to be honest and write the address of the property. They ended up taking half our realtors commission. Our realtor worked very hard and should have recieved her full comission for the honest hard work she did. The other fake realtor and his broker were very dishonest and shady about their business. They also make you sign a non standard agreement. The realtor assosiation has a standard form that is used by most honest realtors and it is the one you should sign. Beware of this company written agreement that has many fees and percentages that you will end up paying on top of your comission and they will do the least amount of work possible to keep you in their door. If you want an excellent realtor who is honest and hard working call! She is amazing! And HONEST! Good luck if your buying a home! Read every line! Ecspecially from your realtor! Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
