Dishonest deceitful conniving unprofessional incompetent unresponsive calculating

Above named company and individuals, contracted to represent us as the seller's agent on a sale of property in Northern Virginia

Developed and designed a plan to include 5 other properties in addition to ours, to sell in total, to a contractor for further development of the land

Told repeatedly that everything was going well, that all parties involved had agreed to the sale and the sale prices

After more than 4 weeks of nothing happening, we began questioning the realtor as to the time line to sell; we were told that everything was ok, it would take up to 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR TO 'CLOSE THE DEAL.' We were shocked. We contacted the contractor. EVERYTHING that we had been told by the realtor was not true: there was no contract; everyone did not agree; the deal was off.

We contacted the realtor and her office and her broker/manager. They said that despite what we described as a dishonest, deceitful, calculating plan to 'con' us out of our property, at a rate that no one had agreed to, that the realtor (Betty Minchin) had done nothing wrong.

Pending are complaints to the Virginia Board of Realtors about each of the named individuals, asking for an investigation of their business practices, and a complaint to the Fredericksburg Virginia, Association of Realtors.
