We are realtiors and First Texas says they will pay 3% comission if you register your cllient. What the do not tell you is that the registration only last 30 days then your client can come back and buy a home and the realtor does not get paid.in fact when you register your client they will not inform you of the 30 day limit. Our client admitted that the First Texas sale rep. Told them they would get a better deal without a realtor if the waited. Bottom line, First Texas does not want realtors and they go out of thier way to cut them out of the deal. I happened to us, it will happen to you.
