Century 21 And Coldwell Banker Realtors Unprofesonal service and promises made and never kept

I realize this may be a little late in writing. But I have been wanting on the Realtors to reply back to me and uphold the promise they made to me.

In 2207 I was in contact with Century 21 in Marianna Florida on a home purchase, the home was listed with Caldwell Banker realtor. We set up and paid for the appraisal, survey, title info, and all the inspection needed for a loan. Caldwell Banker said the home was listed for 120K. I made a offer for less which they did not present to the owners. Just told me they refused the offer. So I applied for the load based on the amount it listed for.

The loan company inspected it and said it was not worth that much. And refused my loan application. I went back to Realtors and the lower it some. So I had to pay for another appraisal fee to start over.

Between the two realtor (Kelly and Tim) they made an agreement with me to pay me back for the appraisal. I had to put the money up front myself. This time the loan companies still said it was still over priced. And refused the loan again With all the money I paid out was well over $2500.00.

And to this date I sent email after email to Kelly. And even sent email to Century 21 about the conduct of a Realtor with their company. They both refused to even attempt contact me.

After about 4 months the owners contacted me about what's going on with the loan. I told the loan companies would not go the 120k they were asking for. At this time they told me themselves they were only asking 85K for it, and had never received any offers from any Realtors. And said their realtor seems like they were out to make a big profit on it by asking more than what they were willing to sell for. This time the loan companies wouldn't even consider it, they said the price was changing to much and I Was refused by more than one loan company. This has also hurt my credit for all the refusals.

I am very displeased with these two realtor companies and the two persons listed. They have displayed a very unethical conduct and made promise that was not intended to keep.

This was going to be my family dream home we really loved it. My family still blame me for not getting it. But I feel the Realtors lost it for me. Thanks to the Unprofessional and unethical conduct of these realtor companies.

My dream will never come true.
