Do not buy a taylor morrison and put down $2,000 earnest money
Unpleasant home buying experience for first time home buyers.
We fall into a sales contract with the sales consultant. They were all trained to tell you they could offer a better incentives if you are not working with a Realtor. Taylor Morrison holds our $2,000 earnest money when we wanted to add our Realtor to represent us through our first home buying sales contract, we planned on having a license inspector to walk-thru the house before we are willing to close a home.in my mind, when the buyer is not happy with their home that they will be living for 20-30 years they should have at least have the opportunity to have a license Realtor to represent them throughout the process. Taylor Morrison has no right to hold our HARD EARNED MONEY of $2,000 whatsoever.
I would not even buy a Taylor Morrison Homes in my life regardless how much incentives they offer. I like DxxxxWxxxxHomes all their Sales consultant are willing to sign a contract with earnest money is refundable with any unsatisfied reasons.
