Fails to pay vendors for services provided

After repeated calls for payment due over two months the owner Michelle Geib picked up the phone and played dumb. She took the information on the accounts due, over $1700, and said she would look into this.

The account clerk had told me repeatedly she had "placed the checks on Michelle`s desk to be signed". I didn`t call her out in this but gave her the chance to do the right thing. She never did.in fact additional voice mail messages, left for her were never returned.

I do wine tours on the North Fork (of Long Island) and now see that Xperience Days tours has another tour company doing tours in another region of New York, BEWARE they take you for a ride for awhile until they owe you significant amount.

BTW a consumer complaint I recently saw about no refund when the vendor went out of business is true as the told me on a number of occasions they never give refunds.
